The villas at Bali Keramas are like luxurious havens, with modern décor and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding beauty. It's as if I was living in a stylish glass castle, feeling like royalty in my own private paradise.

Spa services could improve.

I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decoration of the hotel. Every corner was filled with beautiful artwork and tasteful furnishings. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxury villa. The general areas of the hotel were also very well maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had ramps and handrails in place, making it easily accessible for me to navigate around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive and helpful.

As business guests, we appreciated the outstanding staff and their friendly and accommodating service. The villas, although not new, were comfortable and well-maintained with good beds and air conditioning. The private pool and backyard were a welcome relief from the heat. The drivers near the reception were trustworthy and took care of our group. Happy Hour at the restaurant was a must-try, and the beach was just a short walk away. an excellent place to stay at a great price.
